Dear Passengers,

Please pay attention to the following points that it's very important in order to not lose or delay your baggage delivery while traveling with us.

1-Transit passengers traveling via DUBAI to KABUL.

1.1 If you are traveling transit via Dubai to Kabul and already having Kam Air Ticket with you in your originating station, you're requested to show your Kam Air Ticket to the check in counter and request your check in officer to book your baggage to the final destination (Kabul), as per your Kam Air Ticker.

1.2 In order to be sure that your baggage has been booked to your final destination (Kabul), you have to check your tag number receipt, and your Kam Air flight number RQ-006 should be printed on it.

1.3 If you been charged for excess baggage with any of the airlines that you traveling till Dubai, it should not be considered that you have paid all your excess baggage charges till your final destination (Kabul), you may be requested in Dubai Airport-Transfer Desk to pay your excess baggage charges for your Kam Air flight till Kabul if so applicable (more then Kam Air baggage allowances).

1.4 The excess baggage charges on Kam Air Flight from Dubai to Kabul are AED-10 or USD 3 per Kilo.

1.5 In case that you don't have your Kam Air ticket in your originating airport to transfer your baggage, it will be booked only till Dubai, in this case as soon as you arrive in Dubai International Airport Transfer Disk (Terminal 1), you have to present your baggage tag number to the transfer desk so they can book your baggage to your Kam Air flight, accordingly.

1.6 Please not that As per Dubai Civil Aviation Authority NOTAM to all airlines, passengers are requested to limit their maximum baggage Wight to 30 KGS per piece, otherwise your baggage will not be accepted, not handled or you may be requested to divide your baggage to 2 or more Pcs.

2-Transit passengers traveling via DUBAI World Wide.

2.1 Dear passengers, as you know and noticed Kabul Airport has no Computerized baggage handling systems, therefore Kam Air is not able to book your baggage to your final destination as per your connecting flight tickets, therefore your kindly requested to present your Kam Air baggage tag number to transfer desk of Terminal 2 so they can book your baggage to your Next Flight, according to your final destination ticket.

2.2 If you been charged for excess baggage with Kam Air flight from Kabul, it should not be considered that you have paid all your excess baggage charges till your final destination, you may be requested in Dubai Airport-Transfer Desk to pay your excess baggage charges for your next flight till your final destination if so applicable (more then Airline baggage allowances).

2.3 The excess baggage charges on Kam Air Flight from Kabul to Dubai are USD 4 per Kilo and for charges in other airline you have to ask your transfer desk in Dubai Airport or your Travel Agent.

2.4 As part of Kam Air Customer service improvement plan, Kam Air shortly will setup its own system, so that passengers can check in their baggage to their final destination.

2- If your baggage did not arrive with your flight to Kabul?

2.4 In case your baggage not arrive in Kabul with your flight, you have to report immediately before going out of the airport to Kam Air Baggage clime service staff that standing near to scanning point of customs, or Kam Air airport office just inside the arrival hall. Our staff will note your tag number details and will take all necessary actions to deliver your baggage to you in shortest period as possible.

2.5 If you have traveled from Dubai to Kabul and you checked in your baggage in check in counter of terminal 2 but your baggage did not arrived in Kabul, there can be different reasons (Due to space in the aircraft, due to security and safety reasons Or just mistakenly has been delivered to the other flights by Airport handling Agent), therefore you have to do the same procedure as mentioned above in paragraph 2.4.

3- Baggage lost policy.

3.1 If your baggage has been lost in your Kam Air flight and it has been proven that your baggage has been handed over to Kam Air by the Airport handling Agent or yourself, the compensation amount is Maximum up to USD 20 per kilo according to your baggage weight, if your baggage does not have proof of the exact weight then it will be considered maximum up to 20 Kilograms per piece.

3.2 If you have lost or damaged (jewelry, Electronic devices, expensive glass items, or any other expensive items) from your baggage, Kam Air is not bearing responsibility, except you have been declared that item to Kam Air, or airport handling agent before handing over your baggage.

3.3 Kam Air does not bear responsibility if from your baggage or hand baggage has been lost your documents and cash.

3.3 In all other Stations except Kabul, Baggage tag number receipt is not accepted as an only baggage lost proof for Kam Air, if your baggage has not been arrived in to baggage conveyer belt, your requested to report to Kam Air staff or Airport handling staff immediately before living out from the terminal building and get the receipt of the report.

NOTE: Kam Air, as all other airlines does not have full control over your checked in baggage since the baggage handling staff in the airports are not Kam Air employees, therefore we strongly suggest you to keep all your valued items, cash, jewelry's, documents and etc...in your hand baggage and always keep your baggage locked before handing over to the baggage counters.
